Conditions of Return
Returns on Personalized Items
Unless your order arrives damaged or defective, we do not accept returns on personalized items due to the the customized nature of the item. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with in 14 days of delivery, and we will take care of you quickly.
Returns on Non-Personalized Items
Returns will be accepted for non-personalized items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. When we receive the returned item from the mail carrier, we will issue the refund.
Please note:
- Returns are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax and shipping (if applicable).
- If your return is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Because many of our items sell out fast, we do not offer exchanges.
Incorrect Personalization
This is a rare occurrence! If your personalization is not correct, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will take care of you quickly!
Cancellations
Our shipping times are very fast, therefore we do not accept order cancellations.
